My main research interest is in Quantum Field Theory (QFT) in non-trivial external backgrounds, such as QFT on curved space-times or QFT in background gauge fields, but I also worked on Matrix models (together with Harold Steinacker), QFT on non-commutative space-times, effective string theory, gauge theories, and microlocal analysis.
I am member of the study commission for physics at our faculty.
