Keynote: Phototransient Imaging of Dynamic Systems
Phototransient holography is an emerging technique that is conceptually similar to photothermal methodologies but uses short, femto- to picosecond, pulses to boost signal levels. I will describe our ongoing process of combining off-axis holography with phototransient imaging to quantitatively measure freely moving systems in 3D.
