What is the recommended poster size?
We recommend to print the poster on A0 format.
Is it possible to print my poster on-site?
There is a copy shop close to the venue (copy now!). In our experience, they are very fast at processing printing request, so may print your poster on-site, if you wish.
Is it possible to print a handout on-site?
There are public copy machines in the university building on the opposite side of streets. There is also a copy shop close to the venue.
Where will the conference take place?
The conference will take place in the Albertina, our beautiful university library. Our department is on the opposite side of the street. The Albertina is located in central Leipzig - it's a 15min walk from the center.
Can you recommend a hotel?

I need an invitation letter. Can you help me with that?
We can provide you with an invitation letter. Please contact us via mail and tell us about your request.
Will there be a hybrid option at the conference?
No, we are planning an in-person conference.
Do you offer financial support for participants without financial means who still want to participate at the OCP?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer financial support for participants without financial means. However, there will be a reduced registration fee for students or participants with low income.
What are the current Covid regulations in Leipzig and at the university?
As of today, there are no Covid-related restrictions in Germany.
Will there be a poster session?
Yes, we are planning to have a poster session, as well.
Will there be a satellite workshop?
Yes, there will be a workshop on Tone on February 13.
