You can find the registration form below. The number of participants is limited to 100.

Participation Fee

Please pay the conference fee by bank wire transfer. The bank details will be sent to you after your registration together with the registration confirmation. After the conference, you will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation of participation. In case you need a proper invoice for the direct payment via your institution, please indicate this in the remarks field of the registration form.

Please note that bank fees may be incurred. This fee is to be paid by the participant up front.

The participation fee must be received on our account by August 18, 2025.

The participation fee is:
– Full Delegate: 460 €
– Student/PhD Student: 360 €

Cancelation Policy

If a cancelation request is received until August 18, 2025, 100% of the amount paid minus a handling fee of 25 € will be refunded.
If a cancelation request is received until September 1, 2025, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refund will be possible after this date.

Poster Contributions

You are welcome to submit a poster contribution. Please submit your poster abstract until August 14, 2025 by email to Ms. Andrea Kramer using the abstract template you can download here.
Posters should fit in DIN A0 portrait format (width: 84.1 cm, height 118.9 cm).
The poster sessions will take place on September 16, 2025 at 15:45 and on September 17, 2025 at 15:00. There will be poster pitches before each poster session.
