The conference “OptoFluidiX 2025” will take place on September 16–18, 2025 at the Centre for Biotechnology and Biomedicine (BBZ) at Leipzig University in Leipzig, Germany.

Scope

Over the past two decades, optofluidics has achieved significant advances by integrating optical and fluidic technologies to manipulate light and liquids on a micro- and nano-scale. This interdisciplinary field has revolutionized biosensing, diagnostics, and lab-on-a-chip devices. By employing advanced techniques, optofluidics enables high-resolution imaging, precise control of biological samples, and efficient drug delivery systems, contributing to advancements in medical research and personalized medicine.

This conference aims to bring together a diverse group of scientists from various interdisciplinary research fields to present and discuss novel experimental and theoretical approaches addressing emergent challenges. The platform is designed to foster the exchange of pioneering concepts and methods among scientists, providing a forum to explore future directions in the rapidly developing field of optofluidics.
