The registration is closed.

Participation Fee

Please pay the conference fee by bank wire transfer. The bank details will be send to you after your registration together with the registration confirmation. Please note that bank fees may be incurred. This fee is to be paid by the participant up front.

The participation fee must be received on our account by August 23, 2022.

The participation fee is:
– Full Delegate: 280 €
– Student/PhD Student: 180 €
– BuildMoNa PhD Student: 0 €

Cancelation Policy

If a cancelation request is received until August 23, 2022, 100% of the amount paid minus a handling fee of 25 € will be refunded.
If a cancelation request is received until September 6, 2022, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refund will be possible after this date.

Poster Contributions

You are welcome to submit a poster contribution. Please submit your poster abstract until August 10, 2022 by email to Ms. Andrea Kramer using the abstract template you can download here.
Posters should fit in DIN A0 portrait format (width: 84.1 cm, height 118.9 cm).
The poster session will take place on September 21, 2022 at 18:00.
