If you wish to transfer a copy of the file to your own computer,
follow these instructions:
Click on Download. A message will appear on your computer screen.
The message will offer to transfer a file named "initican" to your computer, and it will propose to you a directory
where the copy shall be deposited.
Either accept that proposal, or type a different path name for that copy.
Your computer will thus deposit a file named "initican.exe". This is a compressed file, produced by program WINZIP SELF-EXTRACTOR. In its compressed form, "initican.exe" needs 160 KB, approximately.
To unpack the compressed file, call it up as an executable file.
Under WINDOWS, click "Start" at the left lower corner of the screen. From the menu which will appear, choose "execute".
You will be asked aboutthe path name and file name of the file which shall be executed.
Direct your computerto go to the directory where you deposited the copy of "initican.exe"
and let that file be executed. It will produce a readable file in format "RTF".
The computer will propose a path where to store that readable file (e.g. "e;\WINDOWS\TEMP\"e;.
Either accept that proposal, or type any other path name where to store the readable file.
You may then cull the compressed file - it is no longer needed.
The unpacked file "initican.rtf" is in rich-text-format (= RTF). Use any word processing program to read it - e.g. Microsoft Word.
