Marina Armeni

Research project:
Identification, quantification and validation of oxidation related biomarkers in clinical samples from patients with inflammatory diseases using optimized LC-MSMS protocols and support development of commercial diagnostic assays. The project is based on LC-IMS-MS/MS lipid and protein analysis including development of enrichment strategies, solid phase peptide synthesis and statistics for clinical lipidomics and proteomics.
