LPPtiger is a pioneer in the field of high-throughput identification of oxidized phospholipids. With its unique ability to perform in silico oxidation and theoretical CID fragmentation, LPPtiger can predict oxidized lipids from a given lipidome, and identify corresponding predicted structures. We also introduced a five-criteria score system to evaluate the identification quality and provide highly confident identification results.
