Scope of the workshop
Nanowires are a novel class of materials with wide-ranging applications in electronics, photonics, sensing and interfacing with biomaterial. Growth of various materials as nanowires is currently investigated on substrates and templates. The workshop brings together researchers working on growth, simulation and characterization of epitaxial nanowires.
