Philosophy

Our approach is holistic and is built on many years of experience as scientist and university professor; as evaluators of research projects, programs of studies, of universities, and of research institutions; as supporter and advisor of young scholars, as experts in internationalization as well as in the development and implementation of criteria that guarantee the excellence of academic institutions. It encompasses institutions, actors and their social and cultural environments, and the development of dynamic personalities in the fields of culture, society, and sciences.

Services: Four Main Consulting Fields:

I. Skills Development: Social, Cultural and Scientific Knowledge

Consulting services consist of providing the tools necessary to develop social behaviors and patterns with the goal of enabling optimal communication and information transfer in the realization of cultural and scientific tasks. The focal element is the communication of fundamental knowledge of partners and institutions in the execution of tasks and projects in an international context, as well as knowledge of countries, traditions, and work methods.

II. Organization of Science, Research, and Teaching
We offer diverse forms of organization and requirement fulfillment methods for scientific research endeavors (as e.g. PhD, Post-doc, preparation and execution, publishing, and other tasks), individual research projects, research groups, and teaching.
We familiarize our clients with processes that include the evaluation, assessment, productive, financially as well the efficient execution and implementation of research and the organization of materials.
One key factor here is the consideration and integration of international criteria and standards of academic excellence in order to make contributions of international scope to the research field of the project in question. A major focal point of the consulting process is the precise formulation of clear research questions and goals.
Furthermore is the goal of the consulting to enabling the successful organization of individuals, collectives, and international research projects in light of aspects of language, structure, and content. This process centers on guaranteeing relevance and excellence.

III. Internationalization Processes
In today’s globalized world and due the complexity of political, economic, cultural, and scientific developments and processes, many questions and problems can only be approached in a common work with other scientists and institutions. This necessitates a clear concept of internationalization oriented toward excellence, sustainability, and continuity. This concept must also carefully select partners and clearly formulate goals in order to enable long-term, productive development.

IV. Organization and Execution of Excellence Criteria
The organization and execution of excellence criteria in scientific and cultural institutions are necessary in order to recruit the most promising young scholars, enable internationally networked large-scale projects, apply competitively for funding, and publish the results of scientific research. Every institution must strive to meet these requirements, and this demands strong concepts of content, logistics, and personal goals.
