The following suggestions/information will hopefully make your stay in Leipzig more smooth:
- Registration for courses: Unfortunately, the online system “AlmaWeb” which is usually available to students of the University to register for and manage their courses is not fully functional for Erasmus students. You should therefore register in the “old-fashioned way” at our Studienbüro Fakultät für Physik und Geowissenschaften, Linnéstraße 5, Raum 215, 04103 Leipzig. Tel.: +49 (0) 341 97-32 407, Fax: +49 (0) 341 97-32 499. All you need to do there is to fill out a standard list with the modules of your choice.
- Erasmus students normally require that the host institution sign their Learning Agreement Form. If your list of courses deviates from that proposed in the original Learning agreement, then you should fill out the “changes” section in that form. Please send/give this form in any case to our secretary, Mrs Thieme, ITP, Brüderstr. 16, Office 111
- Please contact the Erasmus coordinator if you experience any difficulties that seem unsurmountable.
